Dr. Montgomery has been practicing orthopedics in Portland since 1992, and specializes in pediatric orthopedics as well as problems related to the spine of adults and children. Her practice is non-surgical and incorporates her broad range of expertise in physical therapy, athletics, orthopedics and pediatrics. Within the realm of pediatric orthopedics her practice includes treatment of fractures and athletic injuries as well as congenital abnormalities and neuromuscular disorders. She also provides thorough evaluation and non-surgical treatment for a broad range of neck and back problems for patients of all ages
Dr. Montgomery believes in the importance of communication and education and that informed patients make better partners in any treatment plan. What she enjoys most about practicing medicine is spending the time getting to know her patients (and their parents) and providing them with the information they need in order to manage their orthopedic problems. |
