Necrosis |
||
Death of tissue due to deprivation of a blood supply. |

Neoplasm |
||
Mass of tissue that grows more rapidly than normal and may be benign or malignant. |

Nerve entrapment |
||
Condition whereby a nerve is compressed between a bone or soft tissue. |

Nerve root |
||
The portion of a nerve associated with its origin in the spinal cord, such as C6 or L5. |

Neurapraxia |
||
Injury to a nerve that results in temporary neurological deficits followed by complete recovery of function. |

Neuritis |

Inflammation or irritation of a nerve; commonly found between the 3 rd and 4 th metatarsal heads. |
