Hallux |

The first, or great toe. |

Hammer toes |
||
A flexion deformity of the distal interphalangeal (DIP) joint of the toes. |

Heel bruise |
||
Contusion to the subcutaneous fat pad located over the inferior aspect of the calcaneus (heel bone). |

Heel Spur |
||
A bone growth on the heel bone. |

Hemarthrosis |
||
Collection of blood within a joint or cavity. |

Hematoma |

A localized mass of blood and lymph confined within a space or tissue. |

Compression fracture of the postermedial humeral head, sometimes occurring with anterior dislocation of the shoulder, caused by impaction of the humeral head on the anterior rim of the glenoid fossa. |

Contusions caused by direct compression to an unprotected iliac crest that crushes soft tissue, and sometimes the bone itself. |

Cyclical periods of vasoconstriction and vasodilation after ice application. |

Extension of a limb or body part beyond the normal limits. |
